Candle Filters are available in both forms: cylindrical and pleated, also available with both sintered fiber and wire mesh. Based on your application, R & G offers custom designed housing or inner supporting pipe to fit your need.

FILTER PACK

Filter Packs are mainly made of stainless steel. Depending on different applications, R & G offers single layer form, multi-layer form, sintered, multi-spots welded, pleated, edge covered or non-covered, round, oval and other desired shapes.

FILTER PLATE AND POLYMER LEAF FILTER

Filter Plate are available in two type of forms: can be disassembled and integral, and filter plate usually uses multi-layer sintered wire mesh as filter media. Filter media is either welded with supporting metal to form the plate, or filter media is sintered together with perforated metal. Filter plate is an ideal fit for the all-in-one process of filtrating/washing/drying.

Polymer Leaf Filter is typically used for high viscosity polymer filtration element, the filter media are choices from stainless steel sintered fiber and sintered wire mesh.

TEST SIEVE

Test sieve are available with frames and mesh screen assembled of stainless steel, brass or combination of brass frame and stainless steel wire mesh, used for a wide range of solid/powder separation. We offer diameter 3”-18”, half-full height, sieve mesh size from 20 microns to more than 120mm, or custom design.

WEDGE WIRE FILTER

Wedge Wire Filters are generally made with two basic components: stainless steel wedge wire and stainless steel supporting rod, some reinforced structures require extra layer of support inside, such as perforated metal tube, welded X-shape brace or spiral rod. Besides standard external circumferential construction, now more constructions are available for different applications: internal circumferential, external axial, internal axial, etc.
